Power Belongs to God

"But Pharaoh said, who is the Lord, that I should obey his voice and let Israel go? I do not know the Lord, and moreover, I will not let Israel go." Exodus 5:2

Power is the ability to perform, cause changes in fulfill one's purpose, irrespective of the challenges or opposition. Everyone and everything is subject to the power of God!

Pharaoh told Moses that he didn't know the Lord and would not obey him. The Lord introduced himself to Pharaoh through wonders, the work of his power. The Lord had no problem accepting the challenge. However when Pharaoh met the Lord face to face at the Red Sea, he didn’t survive. He died a miserable death. That is the lot of those who challenge God's power. It is better to have the power of God working for you, than to have it working against you.

The Good News is that, everyone who has put their faith in Christ Jesus is privileged to have God's power working for them! (Ephesians 3:20). Get on God's side and let his power part every Red Sea, bury every Pharaoh, his chariots, horses and horsemen. And enjoy the benefits of his power. It's very enjoyable, actually. By the power of the Living God, stroll through all of life's challenges to the glory of God and to the shame of the devil, for the Greater One lives in you!
