GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL

21/03/2022

MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING

(Ecclesiastes 10:19) A feast is made for laughter, And wine makes merry; But money answers everything.

Money is good and God is happy with your prosperity (Psalms 35:27). But, don’t be deceived into thinking that money is everything. The ending part of our theme scripture never said, “money is everything” rather, it said, “money answers everything”. The emphasis is on the word ‘answers’ which could be translated as ‘speak, talk, sing, shout, announce, and or to heed’ from the original text. This clearly shows that money has a character of trying to talk to everything or in every situation. For this reason, learn to silence this talking ability of money in your life. Control money! Don’t let it control you!

Do you know money can even fail as good as it is? (Genesis 47:15). Why then put all your trust in money? Put your trust in Jehovah for all the silver and gold are His and He is granting you riches now (Haggai 2:8). Start praying now and declare that you are getting wealthy by the day but your riches and money won’t be able to control you for money is not everything. Halleluyah!

Activity: Start praying now and declare that you are getting wealthy by the day but your riches and money won’t be able to control you for money is not everything.

Confession: I have silenced the talking ability of money in my life. I am getting richer by the day, but my riches won’t control me. I have dominated money. Money is my servant. Halleluyah!

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

Congratulations

You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
