GLORIOUS WORD DEVOTIONAL

18/03/2022

LAUGHTER ALL THE WAY

(Psalm 126:2) Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”

The Psalmist reports in Psalms 126:1 that “when the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.” What the Psalmist is saying here is more than the physical salvation of the Israelites from the Babylonian captivity at that time. This is comparable to Jesus descending to hell and liberating the souls of men from the control of Satan (Colossians 2:15; Ephesians 4:8).

In Psalms 126:2, the Psalmists declared that “Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” Today, God is saying the same thing to you for it is a day and season of laughter. You will cry no more. Make time today and prophesy to yourself that from today, your life shall be one of laughter and not tears. Halleluyah!

Activity: Make time today and prophesy to yourself that from today, your life shall be one of laughter and not tears.

Confession: The Lord has turned again my captivity. My life shall not be one of sorrows and grief. It is laughter all the way! I will sing a new song for my God has heard me and all those who hear it shall say his/her God has done great things. Halleluyah

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

Congratulations

You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
