BE NOT AFRAID; ONLY BELIEVE
(Mark 5:36) As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
In Mark 5:22-43, we see a story of a ruler of a synagogue whose daughter was at the point of death. He met Jesus and begged him to come and heal his little daughter. Whilst talking with Jesus, news arrived that his daughter is dead. What a sad day it might have been for this ruler! When he was about to give up, Jesus told him to "only believe and not be afraid". The word "believe" as used in our theme scripture, means to put all your confidence and trust in God. It is when you put all your confidence and trust in God that he begins to manifest his glory in your life. Jesus is telling you today to "only believe and not be afraid" of any issue you might be facing. Be not afraid; only believe and see his glory! Halleluyah!
Meditation: (Mark 5:36) As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe
Activity: Spend time in prayer today and declare that all your confidence and trust is in Jesus. Declare that this is yielding supernatural results for you.
Confession: In you O God, I have put my trust. My confidence is in Jesus. He will never fail or disappoint me. Because I believe in him, I see his supernatural power all the time. Halleluyah!
If you have never been born again, then make the confession below.
I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
Congratulations
You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
