THERE IS BEAUTY IN FORGIVENESS
(Matthew 6:14) “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
The Bible teaches that if we forgive the wrongs others do to us, our heavenly Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, will also forgive us our wrongs. One day, they brought a paralytic to Jesus to be healed. When the Lord saw his faith, He looked at him and said, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.” (Mark 2:5).
After this, the Bible reported ‘And some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, “Why does this Man speak blasphemies like this? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” (Mark 2:6-7).
Those guys were very sharp in understanding that it takes God or someone who has moved to the realm of God to forgive sins. The Word of God gave birth to you (1 Peter 1:23). This means you are in the realm or domain of God for those to whom the Word of God came to were called gods (John 10:35).
Now that you have moved into the realm of God, it should not be difficult for you to forgive others their wrongs. Anytime you forgive others, you are literally saying, ‘I am in the class of God’. Wow! Have you seen the beauty in forgiveness now? Start praying and declare that from today you will forgive others their wrongs with ease. Halleluyah!
Confession: I am in the class of Jesus Christ my Lord, so I forgive sins just like how He did when He walked the earth. I exhibit the beauty and class of God whenever I forgive others. I refuse to be vindictive. The Holy Spirit in me has made me gentle. By His power, I keep growing in the anointing and my Christian-walk every day. Halleluyah!
Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
