MAKE YOUR ANOINTING ACTIVE
(Isaiah 10:27) It shall come to pass in that day. That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.
Apostle Paul informs us in his first letter to Timothy that ‘do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership. Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, so that your progress may be evident to all. Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you (1 Timothy 4:14-16)'.
Apostle Paul helps us to know that when Timothy got prayed for, he received ‘the gift of God’. You also have the gift of God for all good and perfect gift come from the Holy Ghost (James 1:17). To make this gift of God active, Paul told Timothy to meditate on the prophecies that have come to him, He further advised him to give himself to the study and preaching of the Word of God, and to live his life according to the scriptures. Do the same thing so that your anointing would become active. If your anointing is dull, you can’t break yokes (the difficulties in life).
Apart from meditating on the scriptures, consistent prayer life is also needed to make your anointing active and lively. Spend quality time in prayer and meditation of the Word of God today. Declare that your anointing has become active by the power of the Holy Ghost. Halleluyah!
Confession: I give myself daily to the study and meditation of the Word of God. I preach the Word of God daily through the Glorious Word Devotional and other avenues. I have also given myself to prayer therefore the gift of God in me is active always. The anointing of the Holy Ghost on me is a yoke breaking anointing, therefore, I have no fear in this life. Halleluyah!
